I've manually set my Vcore to 1.275v, however in the bios it's reading 1.312. It also jumps up to this when under load. I've got a ryzen 5 1600x @3.9. LLC is on mode 1.

Ryzen 5 1600x @ 3.9Ghz
MSI Tomahawk b350
LLC is on mode 1.
C6 state is enabled
Cool 'n' quiet is enabled.

Is this the LLC doing its thing? I also can't seem to get the Vcore to reduce at idle. It'll stick to around 1.287, untill under load, then it bumps up to a max of 1.312.

Solution
Yes LLC exists exactly for that reason, to adjust core voltage as needed. Unless it's overheating you have quite a buffer to AMD recommended 1.425v.
