(2) WD Black 6TB hard drives (for plex media server)

I keep having one of my 6TB drives disappear on me. I have two 6TB drives that I use for my plex media server. One is for TV shows, and the other is for movies. My movie drive keeps disappearing. It comes back when I restart the computer and will stick around for anywhere between 30 minutes and a few days. I have replaced the Sata cable twice, tried different power cables, tried different sata ports, ran Western Digital Data LifeGuard Diagnostics and the drive was fine. Both 6TB drives are maybe a little over a year old. At this point I don't know if it is a motherboard problem, but the board is new as well. I bought it brand new maybe a couple months before I did the hard drives. Could it be a power issue? My power supply is a Kentek GL-KTPS-700. It is 700w. I am not really sure how much power is enough power. I added a video card a few weeks before the problems started happening. Could the extra power be causing issues? I will remove it and see if it makes a difference. On another note this is not the first time I have lost hard drives. It actually happened maybe 8 months ago with the other 6TB drive. It eventually went away and now it is the other drive. Not sure what is going on. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

**Update**
I removed my video card to test the power theory. I booted back up. Both hard drives were seen during start up. I checked again after bootup and all of them were there. I checked like 20 minutes after that again and now my TV shows drive was missing. Before it was my movies drive. Not sure what the heck is going on.

Solution
Check each alternately individually.....; even one going bad can lock up or confuse the entire SATA controller on the MB....

WIth power completely removed, you can reseat or swap SATA data cables, and, carefully reseat power cables as well.... (do not do this with power applied)
