Really bad BF1 FPS

My framerate in BF1 is really bad, like constantly below 60 no matter what I do. Any setting including V-Sync lags and I have no idea why. Any suggestions?

FPS is always dropping, stutters, its just bad.

GTX 980 4GB
I5 4670k
16gb 1600mhz ram

Run in DX11 mode. If you haven't overclocked your CPU, I would recommend you do so. Battlefield 1 is very CPU intensive, especially in the 64 player multiplayer maps, and the 4 core 4 thread i5s can struggle to stay above 60FPS unless they are clocked very high.
