Is my GPU too hot?

I have the EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 GAMING, 6GB ACX 2.0 (Single Fan) which is not overclocked and when I run Witcher 3 on Ultra settings (optimized setting through GeForce experience program) I reach a max temp of 82c. Should I be concerned of this temp? If so what can I do to fix this? Is my only option to turn down the graphics? Would more case fans make a significant difference? I have the Phanteks P400 with stock fans turned to 100% 1 in front and 1 rear. What can I do? (if 82c should be a concern)

CPU - Ryzen 5 1600
MOBO - Gigabyte b350 Gaming 3
RAM - Patriot Viper DDR4 3000mhz (2x4gb)
PSU - EVGA 500B 80+

Solution
Dont touch the GPU bios.
The issue is that people are saying the temps should be lower cause the GPU boost 3.0 is working under 60*C, but you can manually overclock that.
You can also when you install MSI Afterburner, you can increase power limit and temp limit.
Also you can downvolt a bit the GPU or lower the power limit by a bit but still get same perfomance (I have never tried).

Thank you, I'm just in such a big debate because everything I find online people are saying it's fine, others say it should be lower. If it's fine that's awesome, but would still like to get it lower of course, so I will order some more fans for airflow. But do you think I should mess with the GPU fan curve in the BIOS? Btw this is my first ever PC build, put it together about 2 weeks ago so still have much to learn.
