I would also add that we need more clarification as to what "I can't play any game on high or low graphics". Do you mean:
-- the games get extremely low FPS, to the point that they're pretty much unplayable (i.e. looks like a slideshow)? If so, have you tried using MSI Afterburner (free download, works with all GPUs) to measure your FPS in game?
-- the games won't even load? If so, do you get some sort of error message (i.e. exceptions, crash reports, etc.), & what do the error messages say?
-- the games load, but then crash after so many seconds/minutes/hours? If so, does the crash happen like clockwork (i.e. always after X minutes of playing, always happens on the same cutscene/loading screen, etc.), or is it variable? Does the...
Your system specifications aren't bad. It is a good entry level gaming PC. That said, it might not be capable of high settings on some games, but not being able to run them well on low settings is a bit off.

What games are you trying to run?

Do you have a bunch of background tasks running as well? Because that can impact performance. Sometimes new PCs come loaded with a bunch of software you don't need and that can hurt performance. Did you get yours with a bunch of pre-loaded software?

Well for one I dont think I'd call a 1050 ti and i5 4570 as a "high end" PC... So don't expect to be maxing out things on the daily.

Secondly. Use something like HWMonitor, MSI Afterburner etc... and monitor your system temps. Mainly GPU and CPU. Please post your results while idle and under load.

Does the same type of crash happen with every game, or does it vary?

And have you made sure that you've updated your drivers & patched your games?
