Intel HD Graphics 4600 GPU Problem

I have an HP pavilion 17 with these specifics :
Processor : i3 4000m 2.4 GHZ
RAM : 8Go
Graphics : intel hd 4600
the gpu is always overheating

How hot is it getting? The GPU is integrated into the CPU, so presumably that is overheating too?

When the windows start up the temperature is like 54 to 60 then when i start a game like league of legends or anything else it gets more up to 97 98 c degree and then the fan starts like maximum speed but it doesn’t cool down while the processor and the Ram are both good

I would clean out the heatsink, and replace the thermal paste. Blow all the dust out of the exhaust vent.

I did this yesterday i opened the PC and i cleaned everything but nothing chnaged.

That system is not intended for gaming. It's going to get hot. Your best bet is to use it in a cool, preferably air conditioned location and keep good airflow all around it.
