Games lagging help this is my temps

GPU 40c (ultra gaming)
CPU reaches 77c - 95c( even idle)
CPU cooler is Corsair H100i v2

Ambient is 20c ( 1 air conditioning in room)

I did not attempt any over clock

If you're getting a "0 RPM PUMP" message in iCue and Corsair Link, that would indicate the pump is not spinning the impeller wheel and therefore the coolant isn't being circulated. Your CPU shouldn't be close to that kind of heat on an H100. That unit is dead or defective.
