Anti surge board

Hi guys I have one of these anti surge boards it occasionally does it for me only on first boot up in the mornings .
When it does it I have to leave it for the day before I can get it to start.
Is there a procedure I can do to get it working quicker .
Do I pull the power out and switch it off at the psu or leave the power plugged in and just flick the switch at the psu

Sorry mate it one of the asus motherboards with the surge protection built into it
Happens occasionally when there a bit of moisture around on first start up of the day or nite
There was a procedure I use to do but for the love of it I can’t remember
So I just unplugged it from the psu will give it 24 hrs and try tomorrow after plunging back in

I am still not clear. Are you saying there are times when your computer will not start?
What is the name of your Asus motherboard?
Are you sure the problem is not your power supply?
