From what I read in Google. I believe my cell phone is being monitored. Is there a way to look inside my cell phone and see if things are being pulled out of it and if so how would I do that

Solution

It sounds kinda bad but with phones, you really cant have completely unmonitored, it always will be tracked but unless someone specifically targets you, you are fine, even if lets say google or microsoft or anything would collect it, it doesn't really matter, it feels bad but it doesn't really do anything since there is so many devices that no one here would specifically go after you and used it.

it is a specific person my friend. My soon-to-be ex-wife. She doesn't have a very good poker hand. She'll say things that I know she could only know if she was reading my text messages. So I go online and I start looking and there are companies out there you can pay tomorrow to you there are apps where you have to have the phone that you want to Target so you can load the software on it. And there are there software where you can load it through a PDF being sent through an email or a text message. Anytime I'm at her house in my phone automatically to text her Wi-Fi and gets on it starts getting hot really hot anytime I'm on any kind of Wi-Fi network it gets really hot but if I use my VPN I'm good to go

What I need to know is. Is there some way I can go in my phone and pull a file that shows the IP address of the master phone that's pulling the files. And or stop it all together. Or do I need to just take it to you like a computer store and let them do it pay for it

Given the proper sneakiness, you can't tell.

Reset it back to factory config.
Change all your passwords. All of them, everywhere.
When you are at her house...leave it OFF. Actually off, not just 'sleeping' or whatever.
Even better...leave it at home.

Or, simply get a new phone.

oh this, well that is complicated bit more since i only monitor few pcs with spyware (those are MY computers, nothing illegal here) and i looked on mobile too and,i wont say name of the thing, makes it that you have to manually install file on computer and you get screenshots, usage of things etc., with phones, it would be bit harder because only way i can imagine doing it is getting into your phone and install hard to detect app or inject something into phone through network which would be quite pain and gamble and only way you can be sure is to disconnect from internet and if you really feel not secure, going through every single thing in phone and find the culprit could work. Or just factory reset phone, i had been dealing with getting monitored and it can get quite painful but it is possible.
And what you said about how it gets okay when you use VPN, I am guessing that you got on your phone data collector that collects some of your data and sends it somewhere, VPNs usually works but i would be really careful, and if your text messages are SMS then i would avoid using them as much as possible and found alternatives.

PS sorry if bad wording but shortly, be careful and don't overlook anything
