Can I install Windows 10 and my MotherBoard Drivers from the same USB?

I’m building my first PC in a few days and before I do I just want to be 100% sure about everything, I just got my motherboard and it came with a DVD with the drivers on it, my new case doesn’t have a slot for an optical drive (my old PC does and I understand that I can open the DVD and copy and paste all the files onto my USB and install them onto the new PC after installing Windows 10). But I wasn’t too sure if I could have both of them on the same USB without causing something to go wrong. I’m also not sure if I could install the motherboard drivers first (I’m worried that it’ll try to install windows 10 and install the drivers instead and mess it up).
I’m not sure if, when I boot it up, I could manually choose what I want to install or what the process is of all of it and just need some clarification.

Sorry if this is pretty basic stuff I just want it clarified for me by someone who actually knows what they are doing and talking about. Most things I’ve found are just based on the BIOS and not the full process of booting for the first time.

Thanks in advance to anyone who helps out.

As Above said, all you need to do is install win 10
then go to the utility tab of the MSI link you showed me, scroll down and install Live Update 6. Run it and it will check the drivers you need

Windows 10 will look for drivers for motherboard when it installs. It has default drivers for most hardware. You don't need to try to side load them ahead of time.

Also, its not always ideal to use the drivers off the DVD but instead visit web site of the motherboard after win 10 is installed and check you have newest

What brand & model motherboard is it? Many now have their own driver updating utility you can install 1st and the program will gather a list of drivers that matches your current board.

The motherboard is the MSI B360 GAMING PLUS.
So what you're saying is just install Windows 10 and then download the drivers from the website to the new PC? I just thought that maybe the motherboard driver was essential to the PC actually booting.
Checking the website for the drivers and theres a plethora of drivers (On-Board Audio Drivers, System & Chipset Drivers, On-Board VGA Drivers, LAN Drivers, Other Drivers, On-Board PIDE/SATA Drivers) https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B360-GAMING-PLUS#down-driver&Win10%2064
