i want to upgrade my potato computer to have better fps in games

i am using
Asus EAH5450
Intel Core i5-4460 CPU 3.20GHz
Generic PnP Monitor
8 GB Ram
As for my motherboard it only says
Baseboard name : Baseboard
theres no model from asustek computer inc
So i am thinking of buying the
MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6GB Graphics Card
And
i5-3570k Processor
i am wondering if i can buy these parts and put them in my computer and start playing and need help to see if they are compatible with my computer and do i need a new monitor?

The cpu is a different socket-you are trying to go from an 1150 to an 1155 socket so thats a no go. Depending on what kind of games, settings and performance you're after the upgrade path could be a tad limited. You can always upgrade ram and GPU but the other question is what is your current PSU? Being a prebuilt I can imagine they gave you one "suited" for your build which would mean you'd probably have to upgrade that as well.

since the processor cant be changed if i only change the graphic card it will still work?
what about the monitor?\
and my psu is suited to my gpu? so how much psu must i have for the graphic card that i want to buy?
if it all works well how much more fps would i get?example in csgo?

Well you haven't provided anything specific about the motherboard but since it uses a 4th gen i5 its safe to assume it will have the required pci slot.
With a 1060 and your current specs I'd say a good quality 500w should be more than sufficient.
Also once again for the monitor you haven't provided anything specific-just the windows description for the device which can vary from a 20yr old crt to a top of the range model.

So this is a prebuilt right? I'd suggest looking at the OEM model page to see which cpus it supports and how much wattage does the PSU have.
Considering your old gpu doesn't require a PCI-e power connector, your PSU might not even have one. The motherboard power connectors could also be proprietary and a new psu might not fit.

Prebuilts are often not very upgradeable.

So my problems now are my CPU Socket Doesn't fit , so i am not going to change my cpu
and my psu might not have pci e connector , but since my psu has 500W and it suffice for my graphics card i dont have to change it.
so if my monitor is fine
does that mean that i can safely upgrade my graphics card with no issue?

Yeah its not as good as the 1060, but the 1050 doesnt require extra power connections.
