My download speed is unusually slow

In the task manager it shows that my network usage is 10%, download speeds are normally about 50-60Mbps but now it is 3-5 Mbps. This problem occurred a few days ago and for seemingly no reason. Please help!

What is your overall link speed when shown in task manager/resource monitor? Also, go to speedtest.net and show me what your results are. Be sure to close all other tabs on your device and close all other apps on your device that use wireless data/wifi to get a better result before using the speedtest. Answer that and from there I can try and help you. ^_^
