I am unable to install setup of nfs most wanted 2012 setup file in not opening it is in. Vbe extension i want to make it in. Exe so that my game starts working

Well, there's your problem.
If you were to actually buy it from the publisher, your installation issue would go away.

Tom's Hardware does not support nor assist with pirated software.
