Unable to download media to microsdcard

I have a problem downloading data to my samsung evo 64gb microsd card. I plug phone in and laptop recognises my microcard ok. I start to download data and it gets to about 14gb of data and won't download anymore .it still says I've for about 48gb of space left on card . I am concerned this is a corrupted card or maybe fake.i have previouslyused 32gb sdhc card with no problem.Does it make any difference that cards over 32gb are sdxc.

I also had fake sd card and it was real 8gb one, still satisfied with capacity which i paid 2$ xD.

It it turns out fake try to get your money back if you paid a lot.
