Doesn't boot when connect second HDD

My secondary HDD was working smoothly.but one day power gone after that I turn on but its didn't work. After I removed a second HDD and turn on. Its worked
When I connect the second HDD cannot boot cannot F1 F2 ,also
Please help me

this look like it is out do you have a external case to plug it in system as usb device and if system cut this one is out of service .
