I have a old mobo Intel DH 55TC, Intel i3 530 processor, 4 g memory and a Nvidia GeForce GTS 450 gpu.

Should I try to upgrade or just get a new rig? I usually play FPS games like overwatch or Witcher 3 .
Thanking you in advance.

Rig is way too outdated, time to shop, you need new everything! (save your mouse and keyboard, and monitor) :)

THink B360/i7-8700/i5-8400

Or X470/R5-2600X
Overwatch isn't that demanding, you could probably do alright with a better videocard. The problem is videocard prices are kind of high right now. Something like a GT 1030, or older GTX 750 Ti, gives you an idea of what to look at.

The other problem is Witcher 3. That is both demanding on CPU and videocard. If you want to play games of that level then you will need the CPU/motherboard/DDR4 system upgrade AND a videocard to match.

What is your budget? If you have $600 or so to spend you can get a faster system, if only 200 then you can upgrade to an i5 or i7 of the same generation, get a newer video card, another 4 GB of RAM and just about double the speed.
