Hello there, I wouldn't have recommended a re-installation of the OS, since if the computer has a virus it can still be present depending on exactly what it is. Not only that but we lose our opportunity to learn what the source of the problem was in the process so the chances of it happening again are multiplied. A re-install can be handy if there are no other alternatives but its always good to try to troubleshoot first.

Do you have a USB thumb drive? Download the device drivers to that, and plug it into your PC primarily you'll need the Chipset drivers, ethernet/NIC drivers at least. Once your network card is up and configured you should be able to get everything else you need. If you can't a USB thumb drive or don't have access to a...

It sounds like your machine is loaded with malware and other crappy software and potentially even a virus or two. Have you been downloading a lot of applications and utilities from sources on the internet that are a little less than trustworthy? No matter I guess, the opportunities to run afoul of something that uses your computer while you are using your computer are pretty high these days.

First things first, provide your computers spec so that we can see what we're working with.

Secondly what Operating System are you using? Once we know this it should be possible to help you start identifying and disabling rogue startup programs. And also potentially get an anti-virus and anti-malware scan too but we need to know what we're working with first. :) Good luck!

Once your network card is up and configured you should be able to get everything else you need. If you can't a USB thumb drive or don't have access to a thumb drive, you can always unplug your hard disk from your computer plug it into a free SATA port and SATA power connector on a different computer and transfer the files to your drive. Motherboards are usually supplied with a device driver installation disc of some sort, if you still have the packaging you should look for an installation disc.

If you do take the drive out of your computer, remember to plug it into a free SATA port on the other working machine, but do not boot from your drive, instead let the computer your drive is in boot normally using its drive.

If none of this is an option you can always contact MSI and request a disc be sent to you of the system driver software for your board model. It would just take a bit of time.
