Need to know if this is a good build

First time building a PC on a budget of $1500, used pc part picker and made this build. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/tXYBr6
Is this a good build on a $1500 budget? Don't know if I need to adjust. Also primarily for gaming (hardcore), plan on steaming in the future.

You could get 8700k and gtx1070 and ssd with this budget.
You can save alot from fancy mouse, keyboards, fac controll, ups etc

Yup, think in this way, your aim is to put major cost to performance, while keep other cost as low as possible.
You can always get the accessories later.

Hardcore gaming ssd or m.2 will make it much faster. Go with full size gpu dual fan if your gonna game hard you need the cooling. Gigabyte has one 299 with 20 rebate. GeForce GTX 1060 DirectX 12 GV-N1060D5-6GD REV2 6GB

Dude , just buy i5 8400 and gtx 1070 . It doesn't make any sense to buy 8700k and gtx 1060 . You can also save the money in cpu and Mobo to get gtx 1070/ti easily
