Hi,

Looking through my event log i noticed that i have a number of Kernel-processor-power errors giving the following details:

"Performance power management features on processor 14 in group 0 are disabled due to a firmware problem. Check with the computer manufacturer for updated firmware."

I am running the Ryzen optimised power management option.

Can anyone help with this issue? I have downloaded the latest bios and was going to flash that as a first step.

Best regards
Chris

Thanks for your response. How do I check this. Are you suggesting if it is installed it could be causing a conflict seeing as its a Ryzen build?

In the System firmware option under device manager its saying its running a microsoft driver??
