This is my first build. The computer doesn't display anything on the screen when I try to start it. The case fans, rad fans, water pump, case LEDs, pump LEDs, and PSU fan are all working. The GPU fan turns on when I first turn the computer on, and then it turns off after about 15 seconds.

Things I’ve tried:
• Disconnected and reconnected every wire
• Removed one stick of ram. Tried it in both slots.
• Cleared CMOs by shorting the pins
• Removed SSD
• Removed case fans
• Reseated GPU and ram multiple times
• Removed GPU and connected the mobo directly to monitor
• Reseated GPU and connected the mobo directly to the monitor
• Tried connecting the monitor to every connection on the GPU
• Tried different working ram in my PC and my ram in a friends PC
• Rebuilt the entire computer outside of the case
• Plugged the watercooler plug into different spots on the mobo to make sure its working on startup

Do I need to do an update or attempt to install Windows 10 before it will show anything on the monitor? I’m starting to think the GPU or mobo might be defective. It seems odd because the GPU fan spins so it’s obviously getting power. The mobo is obviously working because its sending power to fans etc. My other thought is that it might be a defective CPU. What’s the best way to troubleshoot all of this? I’m not really sure what to try next. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Solution
There are one pin space between HDD LED with RESET SW. Move RESET SW to fill in the pin near HDD LED.
Search on google about Front Panel Header configuration.
White cable = negatif
Color cable = positive

I just turned off the power supply when I took these photos. Is there a specific way I am supposed to first turn on the computer? I've used DVI-D to DVI-D on monitor. HDMI to HDMI on monitor. Displayport to HDMI on monitor. Nothing shows anything

The fan on the GPU works. That's the only thing that confuses me because it is at least getting power and showing signs of working.
