Which upgrade option should I op for?

Current Specs:
Athlon x4 880k
RX 460 2GB V RAM
8GB DDR3 RAM
1tb
500W Psu (Its not truly 500w, it came with the case, doesn't support a legitimate graphics card, RX 460 uses mobo power)

Options I can op for currently
Ryzen 5 1600 + B350M (i would be getting 16 GB DDR4 3200MHZ ram for free from a friend)
or
GTX 1060 + 500W psu

Goal: Eventually reach a point where I can play majority of games at 60 fps low-med settings. Budget is 350 CAD max.

i would get ryzen 5 1600 and a b350m motherboard.

the cpu is too slow to properly support a 1060, and i assume that you mean 1060 3 gb?

i don't think there is much difference between rx 460 and rx560 or nv 1050. so the card should be able to ran most of the game 60 fps on medium or high settings.
