Corsair rgb fan speed not registering

Hello, I have 2 corsair rgb led fans with The HD lighting controller and fan hub. I use these fans as intakes on the front of my case. They have 4 pin headers. The rgb customiser is working fine. However I cannot control the fan speeds. One fan cable each is connected to the hub, and the others are plugged into sys_fan headers on the motherboard. The hub is connected to the power supply, and to the lighting controller. I think that connecting the fans to the cpu_fan header will fix this, but I only have 1 available cpu_fan header left, and I need to connect 2 or 3 fans. My other cpu_fan header is being used by the cpu cooler (h100iv2). Any help please? Thank you. I also use corsair link software.

Solution
If you want your RGB fans to register in Corsair Link, you'll need to use Corsair Commander Pro and connect your RGB fans into there. Without Commander Pro, you can control your fan speeds within BIOS.
