I have a Lenovo Laptop
Here's the spec
Intel Core i5-5200u 2,2GHz
8GB RAM DDR3L 1600
Integrated VGA Intel HD 5500 2GB Dedicated VGA GeForce GT920m 2GB
I checked my Ram and HDD they're both has no problems or any errors and my laptop is NOT getting hot (just warm) but I play GTA IV and fortnite both on low but there's so much Stutters on the gameplay, what could possibly cause that? And I just reset my PC and install a new windows
,My vga drivers is up to date too and I use Nvidia high performance for games

Solution
That would not cause "extreme stuttering" unless the drive was bad. If that was the case, you'd experience extremely long load times/freezing even in normal Windows(and it would gradually get worse).

If the above post you down voted did not help, another possibility could be that either the CPU or GPU(or both) are under lots of stress & are overheating. If so, that would be considered 'thermal throttling' as the CPU/GPU would down clock in an effort to prevent heat related damage. By down clocking, it would cause stuttering.
If that is the case, you'd definitely want to air out the system(in case of dust build up) and would even recommend replacing the thermal paste in case the stuff that's on there(which 99% of the time is cheap...

A GT920m is an extremely low end gpu. You are probably going to have to set the video to 720p & details down to low on both games. I'd also check 'Task Manager' and see if anything else in the background is consuming resources(cpu/gpu/mem/hd) and disable that app.

No, I set all games to low but has an extreme Stutters , I've played GTA IV in low on Intel HD 4000 and i3 3110m its a different laptop and it got 20fps but no Stutters

You made sure that nothing's running in the background consuming lots of resources? Windows is not actively installing any updates?
Make sure all drivers are up to date. Possibly do a test on the hard drive to make sure it's in good health: www.hdtune.com
I'd also air out the laptop in case of any dust build up. Possibly also keep it on a cooling fan while gaming(in case it's getting too hot)
