Hello, I'm fairly new to this website but I was hoping someone can explain and point me in the right direction for a Server that can hold at least 30 people on it. I'm still fairly inexperienced and have never built a server before! so any help would be greatly appreciated.

A
Building and hosting a server is not for absolute beginners:
- you have to check with your game what resources are needed (CPU, RAM, storage)
- you have to check with your ISP whether you can actually host a server (eg, you'll need public IP address, and enough bandwidth)
- finally, you'll have to actually build, configure and maintain that server - you don't want next door' script kiddie taking it over.
