I spilled a little drink in my Logitech G703, I cleaned it with a little bit of isopropyl and with a towel, the port to put in the charger, though, was a bit wet. I came back to my room and I put the charger back in but my mouse turned off, now every time I plug it back in, it turns off. I don't know if the charger is broken or the port itself

LOL well we older guys have all learned from our mistakes (hard-headed driven and otherwise) and got that T-shirt long ago. If I had a clam for every mistake I learned from in my half century being on this planet, I'd be able to feed the world. In life it's very often we have to learn the hard way. Then we pass that experience on to younger people which they ignore of course. As we did when we were younger. And the cycle repeats with every new generation!
Chances are you'll need to disassemble it in order to do a tjorough cleaning and drying. It is also possible the charger shorted out being plugged into the mouse, and you can confirm if the charger is still providing power by testing with a volt meter.
Cleaning the mouse properly may be all you need to do tho.

Air dry it for a day. FYI I have a Logitech M510 mouse for my laptop I'm currently using here. The side scroll wheel stopped working (rolling up and down works, but side scrolling does not). I guess a sensor went bad in there for that. I like the feel of Logitech's mice, but I miss Microsoft's mice that were higher quality and never failed. I still have three that work flawlessly that are 10+ years old. However I have no complaints about my Logitech gaming keyboards. They are holding up nicely (they'd better considering how much they cost).

If you have access to the PCB and feel confident enough you can clean it with alcohol. What happened with your clicks is when you spilled the drink, I assume it was a soda or similar, and as it evaporated it left residue on the board or in the switches.
