I’m very new to overclocking, I’m using a Asus b-350 F strix and a Ryzen 7 1700. Full water cooled custom loop. I have set my voltage to 1.35ish (with the offset), shooting for 3.95 ghz. I thought I had it worked out perfect. Stress tested and booted windows with it multiple times last night. Now today I have tried booting 10+ times and my task manager is reading 1.34-1.36 ghz.... cpu-z reads my volts switching between 1.155 and 1.166. What could be causing my volts/GHz to be so inconsistent? I have all power saving options turned off in bios and windows power management is on the highest setting. I’ve tried everything I can think of. Please help
