Can I plug my PC into a power bar?

Solution
10A x 120V=1200W
should be fine.
However you would be better served with a new surge protector. surge protectors must be changed as they age and slow down over time @ 24mo's
A power bar will have very little to no protections, aside from the fuse.

MOVs don't "slow down" with age, they leak more current with wear. That's why properly designed surge protectors put the load and MOVs in series with a thermal fuse to disable the surge protector once the MOVs are dangerously worn out.

In areas with fairly clean power, MOVs can last decades.
