What are the best headphones?

I was wondering what are the best wireless, over ear, noise cancelling headphones under 350. Is it the Bose QuietComfort 2 or is there something the same or better that is cheaper under 250?

Thanks in advance for the help.

No, probably not under 250 but the Sony WH-1000XM2 are quite good as are the Sennheiser PXC 550. Look around for a sale and you should be able to get one of the three for $300 or perhaps less.
