Hey guys, I'd just like your opinion on my current build I am thinking of working towards.
Cheers in advance.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
GPU: RX 580
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-AB350M-HD3 MATX
Storage: 250GB SSD (Already got 2TB of HDD)
Memory: 8GB DDR4 2133
Power Supply: Corsair VS650 Watts
Cooling:
- 3 x RGB Fans 120mm (Purchased)
- 1 x Fan 120mm (Purchased)
- Stock Ryzen CPU fan

Things worth noting:
- I am upgrading from my current PC
- Already have ram
- Already have a chassis
- Already have cooling (besides stock ryzen fan)
- I do have a 500W PSU but I'm not sure if this is powerful enough given the GPU and CPU power consumption

Here's the official layout:

Approximate Purchase Date: This month
Budget Range: $1300 NZD/$880 USD (give or take $100 nz)
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming and School work
Parts Not Required: Keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, Windows 10, Case
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: pbtech.co.nz, mightyape.co.nz
Country: New Zealand
Parts Preferences: Whatever works
Overclocking: Maybe, not against it
SLI or Crossfire: Maybe
Monitor Resolution: Full HD (1920 x 1080)
Additional Comments: Whatever is efficient and that it doesn't sound like a jet engine.

higher mhz ram
better powersupply
better motherboard.

I'd drop the PSU, it's not great at all.

Also, the ram is too slow. Default is 2400/2666 for Ryzen 2. And getting 16gb or ram, if you are gaming, will be much better than 8gb. There are lots of games out there now that use more than 8gbs system ram at 1080p. 8gb used to be the sweet spot. Now it's 16gbs.

Also, the motherboard you mentioned is for a different brand CPU (Intel) You should choose an update B350 or B450 mobo for that CPU.

Needs some refinement. What are your obejectives? What budget do you have? Where do you shop from (online)

Cheers guys,

To answer your questions;
Yes I did mean 350 not 250 for the motherboard, thank you for noticing that.
I mostly shop from either pbtech.co.nz or mightyape.co.nz
Budget is $880 USD ($1300 NZD) Am willing to go a little higher

I would put money into a better GPU, PSU, and maybe swap the CPU for a used i7 6700/7700.
