Hello, so there's a problem.

Today i got my RX 560 4GB OC AERO ITX, and i have G3420 CPU, it's kind of bottleneck atleast on web thebottlenecker.com it does have 14%, anyways.

Problem is like if let's say i go play GTA 5 on lowest settings and resolution CPU Usage is 100% and still lag spikes from time to time, at ULTRA and 1920x1080 i get like 25-30 fps and still lag spikes, but now when i go play Far Cry 4, HIGH settings 1920x1080 i get 30-45 fps all the time CPU Usage is aswell 100%, but i get no lag spikes in Far Cry 4 so why is that so.

BTW, i installed drivers from the web, but i have CD specially made for it, anyone knows what's inside because i disabled cdrom so im too lazy to turn it on again i need to open case and etc.

Thanks.

Ignore that site, or any "bottleneck calculator" sites.

The Pentium is the budget oriented CPU - dual core, no hyperthreading.

It is futile to try to draw conclusions based on the differences in behavior for two completely different games.

Increasing resolution and details puts more load on the GPU. Decreasing it allows the GPU to manage easier, but then the CPU may be burdened more as it is now trying to keep up with a GPU that's not being burdened.

What is the GPU load on each of the games? I'm betting in Far Cry 4 that it's higher than GTA V with the particular settings you're using.

I'm pretty sure in any game my GPU doesn't go over 60% usage, playing Assassin's Creed Syndicate rn, HIGH 1920x1080 still gpu usage is like 60% maximum, and it lags like every 40 seconds i get freeze for 3seconds ~ but as far as i know its shit optimized. But my CPU obvious is at 100% all the time sometimes drop to 90% or so, and lul i tried Far Cry 5 yesterday ,i can't even get 10 fps in Main Menu, CPU usage 100% always any idea why's that so

Well, the good thing about your GPU usage being low is that you can turn up the details higher in any game without losing performance.

I've never done any heavy-duty gaming with a Pentium - but if I were to guess, I'd think the CPU is underpowered for the games your playing. It's below the minimum for Far Cry 5 and Assassin's Creed Syndicate, and below recommended for GTA V.

it's still dumb lul, i can play Ghost Recon, on HIGH with 25-30 fps getting 0 freezes, and medium 30-40 fps getting like 1 freeze for 2 seconds in 1 minute, but my CPU usage in recon is mostly at 90 all the time still something, but GPU goes for 67% maximum yet again xd and since my MB is shit i can't get any good cpu for cheap price not compatible.
