Tomahwak arctic b350 wont boot with ryzen 3 1200

I built my PC finally but i cant get it booted up because there is a problem with the cpu all the other components are fine ez debug led on cpu is staying on forever please help and i couldnt insert the cpu wrong im sure all my cables are connected and fan installed correctly


My PC:
CPU:Ryzen 3 1200
MOBO:Tomahawk Arctic B350
RAM:G.Skill Aegis 2x8gb 2133 MHZ
GPU:HD 7970
HDD:Toshiba P300
PSU:Xilence Performance A+ 630W

CPU led has gone away with 2 drams,but 2 gpu leds lit up and again no siginal gpu seems fine as the fan is spinning and gpu gets a little hot on the touch gpu has all the necessary connectors too

No because i can't get it to post as i said no siginal but gpu fan is spinning and getting a little hot,is there another way to update it to the latest bios without siginal?

OK now when i turn it on CPU led turns on for a few moments then gpu and the other gpu led turns on then they flash some times and then the other gpu led which is near the cpu is on and the gpu led on the EZ debug is off

A friend of mine which he worked with pcs before and had a store cleared the cmos battery by removing it for 1 minute then we inserted the battery back and it worked we loaded it with windows 10 PRO and we installed drivers
