New FiOS Router, NAS's no Longer Accessible With Explorer

Today we got a quantum router (with 5ghz, oooh ahhhh) and I just did a standard setup, plugged all the things that used to go in the old one into the new one. The NAS's are showing up on the router, and they show up over http, but no longer show up as computers in explorer's network tab (however another family member's does, so I know it's working). For example, one is a seagate personal cloud. It shows up in Media Devices and Storage, but when double clicked it just goes to the webpage instead of opening up. I've tried ftp://[ip address] to no avail. Another is a Lacie, which shows up as a media device and responds to ftp but I don't have a password on it. Logging on anonymously doesn't work.

They're currently hooked up through a MOCA box into a dell switch (which also for some reason can't be accessed). I poked around the router's settings and found an ARP table that lists all the connections, and one of them has the first three groups of the address the same as our ip, the last one being 1 instead of 2-255, so I'm assuming that's the connection to Verizon.

It bothers me that a router switch is what changed things, because theoretically all of those connections should be managed by the NAS, not the router.
