I have a pretty weird issue regarding port forwarding.
It doesn't work from the router configuration so I had to use Smart Port Forwarding to port forward. The issue is... It only works from one of the PCs on the network. The port is open when that PC is on and the software is running, as soon as it's turned off, the port is closed. I want to host a server for a game on the other computer because it is quieter, but I obviously can't because of the issue. My router is a TP-Link Archer C1200 and I also have a modem from Romanian ISP RCS RDS.
