Hi, Random Drops when? Just random, when gaming or under stress. Normally CPU speed fluctuates depending on the load.
It could be thermal throttling, check that your max temps are below 90c. It could also mean instability, you could try increasing the voltage a little.

not thermal throttling temps below 70 sometime happens when im streaming 5 hours in sometime when im idle https://imgur.com/a/NuRTZLB also have voltage on auto rn till i get a better cooler

Try increasing your voltage to 1.23 just for testing purposes, see if lowers the drops. you might wanna increase your DRAM voltage too. Sometimes Auto doesn't assign enough voltage.

still happening have a stable overclock at 5.0 1.344 max voltz on dynamic and its just random when it happens
