So i have this problem due to the fact that AMD’s Additional settings in its graphic software isn’t allowing me to make changes to an app whether it going to use a Descerete graphics or the Internal/Dedicated graphics. So i have this app that I can’t change the graphics settings, it has a Lock sign beside its name, when i try to click on the graphics settings of the app, it doesn’t pop its options. When i move the cursor over the options it appears a bubble saying that the AMD software has locked this feature to this app in order to prevent incompatibilities. How do i unlock it?

“What app?”
-Oh, it’s Chrome

Well we just now got information from you about the system and the issue, so the topic is really just starting now.

You can't change the settings, read the middle part here https://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/DH-017.aspx the lock is done not just by the AMD drivers but the operating system.

There is also some info here https://superuser.com/questions/1167603/amd-radeon-settings-to-ensure-compatibility-this-application-is-locked-for-im , but no real fix since when people tried it in Chrome, it would crash.

But you...

It doesn’t run smoothly on my Intergerated graphics.

Chrome doesn't? What is the brand/model of the laptop? Any mainstream laptop made in the last 10 years should be able to handle running a browser or HD video inside it. You may want to provide some details about the exact issue, did it always do this or did it just start recently, what happened before issue started?

Lol, sorry not to mention that it lags when playing flash games. Idk why, it eats most of my ram storage and dissolves most of my vram for some reasons i dont know

Could be a slow connection, issues with the browser, slow laptop. You still did not provide any details about the computer you are using. Did you make sure that the system has a strong internet connection? How do things work in another browser like IE or Firefox? Chrome is going away from supporting Flash anyway, probably other browsers will slowly stop supporting it also, it's just too insecure and buggy.

In this case, im using a wifi with a peak of 50mbps, a chrome browser running on 8GB of ram, a core i5 8th gen, 1TB 7200rpm. So what’s the reason?

Anyways, this topic has gone to far due to the replys. I just want one solid steps to how to unlock AMD’s global app’s locking feature to a certain app that it’s by default locked from configurating it

Questions, often multiple questions, are how we get to the root of the problem.
Then, knowing what the problem is...a fix might present itself.

But you should not really have slowness in simple Flash games on integrated graphics which is the whole point of trying to get you to reply with your system info and what the issue is in Chrome. Test the games in another browser, maybe uninstall and re-install Chrome. See if it works better wired to a cable vs wireless.
