Hey so I have a relatively new 3tb hard drive around 3 months old. I am not able to transfer file to it, however I am able to extract from it. It has 2tb free of space Does anyone know why? or a fix

Also to note* I don't get any errors while doing so, it just get stuck at 10%.

Hey I also found a new issue. When I play games while transfering files I get this message in my games.

please make sure you have enough free space on the device, and that you are still signed in on the device error

The weird thing is my game isn't on the same driver as the one I am trying to upload to. Could this be a RAM issue?

I also noticed that when all this is happening my web browser craps out. Like the tabs wont load or anything. And my computer sometime freezes.

CPU: i7 5820k regular 3.3ghz OC to 4.3ghz (shouldn't be the issue? As I already reclock back to factory settings but still had the same problem)
Motherboard: Gigabyte x99-UD3-CF
RAM: Ballistix 16gb ddr4 1199 mhz
GPU: Zotac GTX 1080
HDD: Kingston SSD 240gb, Kingston 480gb SSD(OS Windows 10 pro 64 bits), Seagate-4tb HDD, WD- 1tb HDD
PSU: Thermaltake 1600watts

All parts are within 3 years except the GPU, and the seagate 4tb HDD which are within the last two months or so

well all looks good all I can advise is the motherboard bios up to date
BIOS
to access the bios hammer the delete key before system boots up as soon powered on
have a fresh formatted FAT32 USB stick download the bios from motherboard manufacturer only stick the bios you just downloaded on the USB stick recommend at least 2 bios's even if old re-boot press the delete button repeatedly to get into your bios select system then update bios select usb device flash it leave it to do its thing then you should be good with your new bios
if done wrong will brick your motherboard
