Installed a SSD to my computer. I used a program that cloned my HDD and put everything that is on it to my SSD. Now I realize that I have 2 of everything on my computer. Do I delete everything off my HDD then put things I don't need on the SSD to it, or do I clean the SSD and put the OS only on it from the HDD?

You did what I would have done.
Then I would do this>>>
Do I delete everything off my HDD then put things I don't need on the SSD to it.
That's what I would do....but I do it just with things like data files (pictures, movies, music etc)....I don't do it with programs because I want them to run FAST from the SSD.
ALSO.....I use the HDD for backups of the SSD.....which you can probably do with the same software you made the clone with.
