That is the correct place to get your video driver for Win7 x64. How are you connecting from gfx card to monitor?

Btw, it appears that the driver or card is not using wide-screen. It seems to have no problem with greater resolution, just not utilizing the 16x10 screen size. New or used card?

Two parts to that statement...
Are you telling me that you are connecting the monitor to the card thru 2 x DVI-I adapters and a VGA cable?! If so, I think you may have found your problem.

If the system isn't stable using the used card, it is indeed a possibility that the card is defective and causing a blue screen. Especially if this happens even after a clean Win install.

Ah. So, you're saying that you were indeed using a VGA cable with an adapter at either end?
