Hello, I've just build my PC yday, and I got a problem my graphic card runs at 80 celsious, it's XFX version with not so great cooling, so, I do not want to overclock it, I just want to add custom fan curve (I do not mind noise it will make).

What's best way to do it? Can I do it over AMD Wattman? Thanks

Not at all, a few friends and family members set there GPU fan speed to 100% constantly and have no issues even years later. Personally I wouldn't do that for noise concerns but realistically you could. I've had quite a few FX cards in the past and to keep them within safe temps I usually had the fan speed at around 100% at the 70-75C area.
