mid range gaming pc build. need help

hi

i only play CSGO LOL PUBG NBA2k18 and planning to play monster hunter

here's my current specs

Proc: i7 4790
MBoard: asus h97 pro gamer
VCard: gigabyte gtx 1060 6gb
Storage: SSD
Storage: 2x 500gb
Memory: hyper x 1866 4gb 2x (planning to buy 2x 8gb)
PSU: seasonic 620w m12ii
monitor: benq 24" 60hz
Case: deecool dukecase
Headset: hyperx cloud2
MKB: corsair k70 lux rgb
Mouse: steelseries rival 300 fade edition CSGO
FANS: thermaltake riing

do i need to change my vcard to 1070? or i just wait for the 20series?
do i need to upgrade my memory?

is it worth-it also to upgrade my monitor to 144hz 24"?

144hz gives you better experience specially in FPS games,
For games like CS:GO etc you can push to 144hz monitor with your card,
For PUBG and other "heavy games" if you want 144hz monitor you should upgrade your GPU,

They only reason to upgrade is to go for a new monitor imo, otherwise if you stay at 1080p 60hz there is no need for one

Thats still a pretty solid setup for those games. More RAM wouldn't hurt. I don't think you should upgrade from a 1060 to,1070 for the money. Is your system not performing how you would like? Probably best to wait for next gen cards. Have you overclocked your CPU?
