I recently upgraded my alienware alpha r1 by adding an extra 4gb of ram
(ram purchased: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01CBIC3OE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
i put it into the alpha no problems. However cpu-z nor the about section on windows recognizes it. Showing it only having 4gb instead of the supposed 8gb.
Will the 8gb still work as normal or is there something im going to need to fix, and if so how?
