micro center is currently running a deal in certain MB combos with the I7-8700k. I narrowed it down to 2 most expensive possible buys and looking for any advice on these.
Gigabyte Z370 AORUS Gaming 7

ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero

Asus also has the x code, x formula, x apex with no combo but is an option
ASRock Z370 Professional Gaming and EVGA Z370 Classified K stand out as options
Not sure if i should be looking at Optane Memory, plan to use ssd for operating system and game
the most important thing to me is loosing out on tech down the road. I know all the z370 chips will work great, but im looking for the most future proof MB for an I7-8700k at any price. would the z390 boards be the best to wait on? i hear better usb and wifi.
