Is there a big difference between these devices?

Which M2 drive to choose: Building my Pc and trying to get the right storage device:https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/GXtwq4

I’m just not sure what SSD/M2 to go for right now , is there really any difference or should I just go for the cheapest one? No point in spending an extra £30/50 if there is none

I have these options so far:

Western Digital - Blue 1TB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive - £178

Crucial - MX500 1TB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive -£183

Samsung - 860 Evo 1TB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive £212

Samsung - 860 Evo 500GB 2.5" Solid State Drive £89

I will be pairing one of the options with a normal Hard drive (“Seagate - Barracuda 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive”) but would love to know what is the best to get or if I should just go for what’s on offer if there isn’t any big difference

Or I could just get “Samsung - 860 Evo 500GB 2.5" Solid State Drive” and skip the M2 drive and save my self-money. I’m on a budget of around £2000

Thanks for the help guys

The only way you'll realize full benefits of the m.2 is if you do lots of very large file transfers. If you're just using it for gaming and browsing etc, all of them will perform roughly the same.

From what I've heard, going from a SATA SSD to an M.2 pci SSD is not a huge jump in performance for daily tasks.
