I’m looking for a smaller PC Case. I currently have a Standard ATX Mobo and a small GPU (220mm). What is the smallest case I can buy?

Solution
If it is a MicroATX board than you could go with the Carbide Air 240:

Similar to the 540 but much smaller. Again they put the PSU and HDD cages in the rear to maximize room for the board and GPU and also better air flow.

That's a Thermaltake one. Looks very small. I prefer the Corsair but this ones pretty tiny. The downside to the Corsair is no 5.25" slot, I don't have one these days as I have no need, however the Thermaltake does have a 5.25" bay.

Well for standard ATX its a bit harder. You will be limited by not only the motherboard but also GPU.. There are some that are cube shaped such as the Cooler Master HAF XB EVO or the Corsair Carbide Air 540 (I like the design as the PSU is put in the back with the hard drives so the motherboard and GPU have more room and air flow).

That's a list of them but always double check that it fits ATX motherboards. The two I listed do fit ATX. Unless you want to swap to a MicroATX ot ITX board you will be limited on how small you can go.
