So i have a MSI B350M GAMING PRO mATX motherboard with a ryzen 1400.
I updated the bios through mflash in the bios in order to use a R7 2700X.
I used the latest one that uses the 2700x in the website of MSI.
So it worked and was able to boot.
But I rebooted inorder to Overclock it since after the flash it reverted to stock clocks.
I changed the base clock from 3.2ghz to 3.8ghz and the core voltage to 1.35v as that was where it was at before. I then proceed to exit and save, But now there is no lights on my keyboard and mouse and the monitor doesnt show anything but black.

I actually did that and now it works. But the only problem now is that it wont revert back to the old BIOS version.
Another problem I have now is that I am unable to Overclock my current Ryzen 5 1400 at all. When I do it will not POST. So now Im stuck with this CPU on stock settings until I get my 2700X.

But do you by any chance know why when i overclock my ryzen 1400 the monitor goes black and the keyboard and mouse will become unresponsive.
I changed the voltage to 1.35v and the clock to 3.8ghz.
Everytime i save and exit out of the BIOS i get the problem above.
