Hello i have build a pc from scratch except the psu (brand new)
i have followed many guides. i did not connect mouse keyboard or hdd. i think that the psu works becasue it is new i did not swap out psu, cpu or mobo . I have the setup not in a case
the things that i checked are.
swap ram cleaned the ram slots (whole time with the same Ram)
Swap cmos battery
checked all cables
the monitor works
i5 760
msi h55-e23
seasonic 620 watt
ddr3 1600 mhz 2x2 gb ram
anyone know how to fix this
if you have a question i will love to answer that and give your more information
