My PSU fried 4 says ago which I replaced and now I'm having a problem where the pc boots up but the monitor says signal not detected and my appliances aren't lighting up. (Mobile phone chargers though).

Something that occurs which didn't before is as the pc boots up the motherboard is z270e lga1152 series anc the CPU led on it goes red turns off and then the vram led turns on orange and stays on

Along with this my cooler being h100i once started has a red led and turns instantly to white

Any help with this issue would be appreciated ???

My components seem to be alright although the display isn't working

Since it is kinda tricky to isolate the problem by yourself, due to many possible combinations (a part of the MOBO as in some controller could have died too), if you don't have replacement components to test out, consider a visit to a reputable service store (that you trust).

Hm, if the psu has been fried, it is likely that something else has been fried with it.

No signal on monitor could be due to fried PCIE slot, gpu, ram.... hard to tell.

I would advise plugging out gpu, turn the pc on, if it wont boot, take out the memory, do the same, and swe if it POSTs.
