My computer does not turn on and I can not understand the reason.

I built my first computer two weeks ago. Everything was working just fine. Yesterday morning I turned it on and was working without a problem, when I finished I shut down the system. Everything absolutely normal. This morning when I arrived at home I tried to turn it on but I had no success. I tried to use another socket and it didn`t work. I did all the possible things I could do: checking cables and the correct position of the power button. Everything was normal as usual. I thought it was a problem of Power Supply. I changed it, sice I thought it was damaged. The new power supply is working but nothing else. I can`t understand what happened. I don`t see any possible reason for my computer to die during the night. There are no lights or signals of any sort. I am now thinking it can be my motherboard that doesn`t work. I will take it to a technician honestly because I am worried I could damage something, or spend more money trying to find a solution on my own. I would like to know how to understand what is the problem and what to check and also what kind of reason could be behind all this!

Cpu:
Ryzen 1600x
Motherboard: MSI B350 Gaming pro
GPU: MSI Armor RX580
PSU: EVGA 500w.

Using breadboarts require some knowledge about electronics and how to use, so if OP haven't used that before - don't.

That said - have something happend to the mainboard during building? Even the smallest thing can destroy a motherboard, such as dropping a metal screw onto it, touch it without being grounded so it takes damage from esd discharge, etc, etc.

Or - there may be some cable or switch that OP have forgotten about, after switching the psu. Check the small switch at the rear end on the psu. Also, check if the PWR connector to the front panel is properly connected.

Hello everyone and thank you for your support!
I solved the issue, even if the cause of the problem is still a mystery for me. I bought a new PSU as I wrote, but the motherboard looked dead. I took everything out and started checking everything with just few components as recommended by Electr0_90. Everything outside the case was working well! So I put Ram, Hard drive and everything else to see if the problem was there. Nothing, everything was working fine. I put all the components again inside the case, but this time I did not receive any signal. So I just unscrewed the motherboard because I thought that maybe it was the solution. And it was. Everything is working again, so I guess that I screwed the motherboard too tight...
Thank you for your support.

Yes - a motherboard is a very delicate part despite it's larger that most other components. The screws should never be mounted too tight.

Also, to avoid that kind of issue when mounting the mainboard, I use to screw all the screvs in, but just loose enough so there is slack on the motherboard. Then I barely tighten all the screws, just to the point that it hold its own weight. When that is done, I tightens all the screws once again, but not too hard.
