I'd say no.

In your case, the middle fan holes are shared and even if you go with that AIO grille, you can mount your AIO only with 4x screws which is too less for a comfort. Since AIO rad is quite heavy, minimum amount of screws to fasten it to the case i'd use would be 6x.

Also, have you measured the space inside your case so that you know for sure that 240mm rad fits into it? E.g H100i v2 rad has dimensions of:
276mm (length) x 125mm (width) x 30mm (depth). I'm suspicious about the space your case has for rad length.
