1070 Power Limit

Hey guys, so I wanted to ask is it alright for it to reach the power limit like this? im really new to overclocking but I just can't seem to find information about whether or not it is safe?

Yes that's perfectly fine. Nvidia has some built-in feature that prevents it from overvolting even if you use OC'ing software to set the power limit higher than it should go.
